Our mission is to create the most legit coffee culture in America while offering top tier roasted coffee, hand-crafted energy drinks, and freshly baked grab-n-go eats that fuel your day.
We believe in being more than a coffee shop—we’re building a community hub built on the foundation of grit, gratitude, and passion. Many of our regulars are military families, first responders, and longtime locals who’ve supported us from the ground up. If you haven’t stopped by yet, we’d love to meet you. Our Story
Born and brewed right here in Solano County, Highflier Coffee Co. started as a humble dream in 2022—with nothing more than a homemade coffee cart and a passion to sell freshly roasted coffee, serve amazing espresso based drinks and even better vibes. After popping up at farmers markets, school events, and local gatherings, we planted roots just outside Travis Air Force Base with our first official brick-and-mortar location at 680 Parker Road in Fairfield, CA.
